What it is
- Ed25519-signed JSON receipts over content hashes (pubkey embedded)
- Public verify + issuer pubkey
- Free daily quota; Starter via crypto (USDC/USDT/ETH)
- Gate + Pass helpers; stdio MCP tools
Non-goals
- No custody, wallets, or payouts (RailFi / Clerk)
- No live x402 chain settle yet (invoice + free_tier/mock Gate)
- No claim of compliance certification
Kill criteria
If 2 weeks after public discovery there are 0 non-dogfood issue calls → park the product bet.
